Our Objective: Play hard and competitively in ranked games but still remember to have fun and not get too caught up in the heat of the moment. We are not elitists, but with proper training we could go far with a team that works well together. If you do not share this objective, aren't interested in ranked games or are looking for a more casual experience, you are on the wrong team. Although everyone is given a fair chance to be on the team, you will have to earn your right to stay on it. I reserve the right to remove anyone who is infringing on the rules of the community or someone who doesn't mesh well with our team. If I think you're wasting our time, you will be removed from the team. We're all supposed to be adults here, so lets act like adults. If someone gets on your nerve, let me know. I am looking for players who: -Have opinions, share them but don't impose them -Are respectful, mindful of others -Are able to play more than 1 role and multiple champions -Are willing to learn new strategies, new champions -Are willing to progress with the team. -Will contribute insightful feedback -As much as possible uphold a positive attitude. A negative attitude when the chips are down will be the demise of a team. -Keep your cool during the game. Do not call someone out on their mistake in a condescending tone. There are tactful ways to inform someone they've made a mistake. -Do not sigh audibly in vent. Its annoying and will subconsciously affect everyone's mood. Last Edit: Cleaned up the post. Newbie Posts: 7 Group: Member Member #843 Joined: Nov 4 2011	IGN: Seizures Palace Hi I'm Mike, I live in Toronto (EST), and I usually play late-ish nights. I'm a university student and I have a job with no set schedule, so my availability fluctuates every week, although I should have no trouble making time for the team. Preferred Role: Not sure yet. I mainly play GP and can play him fairly well (I think, anyways) in any position. I'm usually last pick, and I play whatever the team needs, so I play a lot of support Soraka too. Solo-top is my favourite I guess, but I think only because I do so well there. As for other champions I like, there's Teemo, Nasus, Ryze (need to buy some runes for him), and Tristana.' I'm still learning (just hit lvl 30 last week) and don't have any other champs I'm strong with, but I try some of the free champs out every week to see who I like and potentially unlock and practice with. What I'm looking for in the team: A place to learn new champions, practice with old ones, and grow as a player. A month from now I'd like to be at leasrr semi-comfortable playing any role regardless of which champs are banned/picked before me.

The plan is for this to be a growing experience for everybody Now, we just have to wait for replies from the rest of the team!

Team leaders: You don't have to use this thread at all, but I would encourage you to so that the Officers can keep in the loop as far as practice times, team members, etc. We want to be able to tell new members exactly whats going on instead of "uhh I think we have 3 teams right now but I really have no idea..." I have over 300 ranked games wins in season 1 so I am pretty experienced it in. Most comfortable roles: AP Carry/Solo top/Jungler Roles I can play with: AD carry,support,tank Roles I'm bad at: I'm not sure.... Time Zone: USA EST (East Coast) My gaming times is mostly at night, I work third shift 13 hour days so my gaming on Monday, Tuesdays, is limited. I am on every night on Thursdays and Saturdays. And Friday nights if needed. Wednesday is night is also open. I am looking for a fun time, where we give each other advice and help to become stronger overall players. Now that all the official players have introduced themselves, I will post a tentative practice schedule in the first post. I added everyone's time zones and a message saying we're still looking for players in the original post. Only active players will be part of this team. I fully expect you to check the forums at least once in the morning and once in the evening. This thread will be our only means of communicating and I do not want to have to chase you, nor do I want you to have to chase me. If you cannot make it to practice, please keep the rest of the team in mind and post here, or show up in vent to inform us whenever possible. I strongly encourage you to play with the other teams whenever you're by yourselves. Don't be afraid to hop on Vent and say hi to people. I did it on the first night I joined and since last week I've added about 20 people to my friends list :). Angelsrise do you have any idea how long you will be unable to play? Its important for me to know because as long as you're MIA we're another person short in practice. I propose that we practice on Wednesday and Thursday nights from 9 PM to Midnight (MY TIME).
