I'm reusing parts from my old comp, that solid state and motherboard both run close to two bills while the processor is almost three, I will upgrade my graphics card in time, it is plenty for swtor

Nope. A lot of MMO's are CPU intensive.
Quad core should be plenty for latter-day gaming. Anything above an i5-2500k is just overkill.
When I got my i7 920 it was slightly cheaper than an i5 2500k due to the deal I got, so I jumped on it. I was upgrading from a Q8400 at the time.

If it's not to late I would avoid the OCZ SSD that's a coin flip I wouldn't take, those things fail an awful lot.
