I go by ceejaybee in pretty much every game I play in, feel free to call me cj in vent chat. As the new leader of team 3. I just wanted to let everyone know what to expect and when to expect me. Let me be up front. I am a new father and I work retail, which is on the verge of what looks to be an incredibly busy season. I may be working 50-60 hours+ in the upcoming weeks, and when I come home, my son gets most of my attention. This largely means that I play primarily at night between 10pm-1am eastern, and on my days off, which are Thursday and Sunday. I know this is incredibly restricted but allow me to earn your interest for a moment. I have been playing strategy games for many years, starting with Chess as a child, moving into Magic the Gathering during my early college years. Some of you may have read of few of the strategy articles I wrote for Universal Fighting System (if you did I will be surprised), a game that I largely gave up to pursue my retail career with GameStop. I have been top 15 on the Halo Wars leader boards several times, and was Diamond League in SC2 during its initial stages. Strategy is in my blood. So. If you play for my team, I expect us to work as a unit. We will have several early game strategies, as well as longer 30 min+ goals, as well as a mix of proactive and reactive strategies that will be applied as necessary. It will not be out of the ordinary for us to win games in which we are trailing by 10+ kills simply based on the cohesion and the decisiveness of our strategy. Naturally I like to sling out of lot of game theory, and I spend a lot of time researching optimum builds and timing. If your plan is just to kill stuff, you would be better suited on another team. If you want to beat people before the first second ticks off on the game timer then you came to the right place. So, here is what I'm looking for. 1- First and foremost and most importantly, you need to be open to new strategies and willing to adapt on the fly. 2- A jungler. Our jungler needs to be fast and flexible. As the cornerstone of the team you need to have excellent map awareness and communication. If our top is about to get ganked I expect you to be waiting in the bushes to turn the fight around. If mid is oom you need to be there to cover a trip to town. If 3 oppnents are down bot it better be because you are there too. This is the corner stone of the team this will make or break us. The character you play is less important than how you play the map. 3- Summoner spell composition : as these have recently changed there is nothing set in stone yet, but I strongly believe that the old mainstay of at least 1 CV user needs to hold firm at least for now. 4- Be communicative. If you can't/won't talk, you can't/won't play with us. 5- Be ready to take your losses when they come. We won't be winners overnight. There will be a learning curve and a feeling out period as we try to build a winning team dynamic. If you like to blame others for your losses this isn't your team. I won't single anyone out as the single reason for our downfall and I expect the same courtesy from everyone on the team. I mainly play as Leblanc,anivia,karma,taric,-but im always willing to learn others---which im still working with vayn and karthus... I normally work on mondays or tuesdays since i work in a product facility were we check the orders that i get from other ppl...and dont expect me to be on since im out all day/night... Yes im clumsy and still nubish and i really love using clarity and heal on taric and karma since...i end up being against a karthus =3 or fids dont expect me to jungle unless the team need it since im only a jungler as skarner...

Before we start cementing roles and jumping into queues I think it would be a great idea to discuss what types of strategies we like to see/run, team comp, items builds, etc. With this being a holiday week and the start of the shopping season, it will be a little tough to get into a chat this week, but I'd like to shoot for sometime on the weekend, like Sunday 11/27. If this doesn't work please post an alternate with enough time in advance. Hopefully we can align our schedules and possibly even get a game in.
