 I have a couple suggestions for the website, not to be taken to heart just some thoughts.

#1, The recruitment forum should only be readable by the people who make the decisions on letting people join.

#2, When accepted into the community, I'm assuming your running phpbb3 there should be a user group "Member" etc that grants access to a members exclusive forum with information regarding anything that might want to stay within the group vent info etc.

I actually fixed number one last night. I know exactly what you are talking about. Only officers will be able to reply to threads now.
As for member only, our Saga sections are only viewable once you register.

 For the second suggestion I meant a "Clan" user group where only people in this group and higher can see a forum with information such as vent info and other related info, unless you planned to allow the general public to use the voice server.

Yes sir, you can't view the clan forums as a guest.

 I think hes talking about creating a separate user group from just simply the member group. Not 100% sure how to go about doing it on a ZetaBoard, or if its entirely necessary to do for a group like FFG.
