Doesn't look like Blizzard will be handling this exclusively. Definitely anxious to hear more news now. ~Tomas ![]()

![]() "Show me a man or a woman alone and I'll show you a saint. Give me two and they'll fall in love. Give me three and they'll invent the charming thing we call 'society'. Give me four and they'll build a pyramid. Give me five and they'll make one an outcast. Give me six and they'll reinvent prejudice. Give me seven and in seven years they'll reinvent warfare. Man may have been made in the image of God, but human society was made in the image of His opposite number, and is always trying to get back home. " | |

It's believable. Kotick (Activision CEO and spawn of Satan) has been lusting after MMO type profits with the CoD franchise for a while, and Activision has recently added another dev team to the CoD franchise. With three teams, it was assumed that IW and Trey would continue with the current alternating releases, making it an annual game, while the new team would make something on the side, and an MMO made the most sense given the talk around it. But, seeing as this is a huge gamble, and Activision wants that success really bad, it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if they felt safer trusting that new idea to IW, which still has a lot of brand loyalty, even after the no dedi files fiasco. The other options would be Trey or a new name no one knows yet, and given the priorities... I probably wouldn't get it myself, but I'm certain every effort would be made to make it an amazing and enjoyable game. |
| I could agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong. | |
