 Yu Yu Hakusho has always been my favorite anime. Outlaw Star and DBZ are definitely runners up though.

My top anime's so far are:
1) Code Geass
2) Trigun.

I was wondering why no one mentioned Code Geass yet :S. If you haven't seen it, I am telling you right now it is a MUST SEE for anyone who wants people in animes to be SMART.
Code Geass FTW!!! It's definitely up there on my list.

But i gotta say my number one is probably Macross Frontier.
