The cost of running our little corner of the gaming world is ever increasing. As our site grows, so do our fees. Vent, domains, hosting, artwork, etc... It's all starting to add up. I understand that we live in tough times and not everyone is able to spare some extra cash. I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

In all reality though, I would like to thank everyone for sticking with our community and giving us a chance. Over the years, there have been a ton of naysayers who said that we would fail and yet were still somehow kicking. It's been a real pleasure getting to know all the members over the years. I formed friendships here on FFG/Saga that rival those in real life and it's still a pleasure meeting new people every day.

"Do you remember a time when a 2k crit was something to get excited about? Before the blood elves and the draenei entered the game? There was a time when a casual gamer would crap his jorts just thinking about leveling those last ten levels to 60. The game was harder, more hardcore, and often times a hell of a lot more inconvenient than the current version.
But that was how the game was and we liked it, damnit. The game may not have been as easy but there are hordes (no pun intended) of people who would love to take another swig of that murky vanilla WoW air."



Introduction: this may come as a shock to you (and to me as well honestly...) but a couple of us want to give Azeroth one last run-through. It has been almost 3 years since Saga quit the game and I can honestly say I miss those epic fights in Tarren Mill. I miss the endless onslaught at Crossroads and I especially miss being able to run through a living, breathing world. This will be extremely casual. No serious raiding, no serious pre-mades or any of that jazz. For those who are interested, we'll be trying to bring back some old-school flavor and attempt to re-create a Vanilla WoW experience.

Faction: Alliance
Goal: Establish a permanent Saga charter in WoW/experience the open-world PvP we all miss.
Classes: Play anything you want (were all starting at level 1 though)

Hello everyone! We hope you had a great holiday season!


Now that the holidays are over it's time to get back to some butt kicking.
With this new year you might notice some changes coming into effect.

We are re-vamping our League of Legends section
and are in the process of organizing our Star Wars group.

As a new years resolution it is my job to get all of you interested in the forums
and wanting to visit them more often. Yes, forums aren't everyone's thing
but I will try to convert those who resist

SW:TOR Launch Plans *Important*

It's been almost a year since I wrote one of these up for RIFT and I am pretty happy to say that the core team is still playing with us. Obviously many of you are new and don't know how this whole process works (and the other chuckle heads need a reminder) so here we go:

Vent:

• 
  
• Be in Vent. I don't care what your excuse is, you better be in Vent for launch night. Can't talk? Listen.
  
• SW:TOR charter gets vent priority from the 12th-20th. We have a lot of LoL people on every night but since no one donates, I was not able to get a bigger vent for next year. If Vent is full, anyone who isn't playing SW:TOR is getting kicked for the night.
  
• Don't sit in the AFK channel. If you're done gaming, log out.
  
• Don't bring in your friends into our Vent. Were low on room as it is. I'm sick of seeing randoms in there. I'll ban both of you.
  
• Some of us getting together to drink.. err game for launch. If you're doing something similar, don't all be in Vent. Put it on over the speakers so we have some extra space.
  
• DON"T curse. Seriously. We'll be enforcing this. Many members have their kids in the room while they're gaming, watch your mouth.
  

Plan:

• 
  
• Early PvP dominance is the key here. If you want to enjoy the story and all that garbage, that's fine with us. Otherwise, rush to cap, do it quick.
  
• Get your professions up quick. Run the auction house early. Inflate the hell out of the prices. Buy everything up, sell it for higher.
  
• DON'T VENDOR UNIQUE GEAR! Ask in chat/vent if someone needs it. Were all trying to cap as quick as we can, everything helps.
  
• Run into Empire scum? Camp them. Harass them. /spit /slap /laugh /danceovercorpse
  
• Avi (and hopefully someone else) will be streaming this live over our Twitch.Tv account. If you didn't get in right away, watch it and pass it to your friends.
  

Teams:

• 
  
• Team up. This is not like the old days of MMOs. Leveling solo won't be quicker. Almost all of us will be pulling all-nighters so there is no reason against playing with someone.
  
• Get to know one another in Vent. We HATE typing. We pay for Vent, use it.
  
• Give us priorities when you do Warfronts while leveling (and in general..) If you have a pug group, kick someone for a guildie.
  
• Once we start doing pre-mades, Audivisual and Ragana will be the two head pre-made leaders.
  

Leadership:

• 
  
• Ragana will be the guild leader.
  
• Audiovisual is the senior officer.
  
• StratRebel and possible Frehas will be our initial officers. We'll go down the seniority list to pick our next officers (Vojan, Texan, etc..)
  

General Information (Me ranting...):

• 
  
• "Hey br0 i been part of t3h guildz 4 lik3 ever and waited till teh last minute 2 apply. can I join joo?!" No, but I'm sure ZK/Ruin will take you.
  
• If you have to leave for however long, that's fine. You won't get kicked, just let us know.
  
• If you AFK in a Warfront, you will be kicked from the guild and IP banned from our site/vent.
  
• If you're out in world-PvP zones, you better be helping your guildies.
  
• Forum inactivity will result you getting kicked from Saga.

This is it. Advanced Class signups.

First come first serve for those who are already on the roster. The list will be updated daily.



What to do:

2. Post your advanced class, if a slot is still open, AND what archetype you want to play (healer, dps, tank).
   
   
3. If you have no preference to what class you play then hold off until later when it becomes apparent what we need.
   
   
4. Include your star wars account name that you are listen on the roster with.
   
   
5. Come into vent and talk with either Ragana, AudioVisual, StratRebel, or Frehas. We want to hear from everyone personally before launch.
   
   
6. Go to www.swtor.com (Link here), log in, click my account, go to guild application and change what class you will play to what you are on this list.

We are not going to hold your hand, walk you through and tell you where to go. Do it right or don't do it at all.

If your name isn't added to the list you either:
A) Are not on the roster
B) Posted wrong ( In this case, correct your mistake and post again)
C) Posted for a full position

To those not on the roster, follow this link and post on our waiting list. Chances are a spot might open before launch.[/b]

If your preferred class is full do not panic.
This roster is set up for early launch pvp domination, we need to establish our dominance early and we can't do that if everyone rolls a sage or whatnot. We want a good composition so please play what is left, level up to 50, play with us in PvP for couple of weeks and at the same time you are free to level up your alts. Who knows, in that time you may grow to love your class.
